Merger News

First off we would like to thank you all for your patience. As you will be aware we have recently merged 2 networks which has increased the number of players at our tables substantially. During the merge we also updated our software and our servers. With so many new changes we anticipated a few issues but unfortunately the situation is a little worse than we would have expected.

We will try to keep this page updated with any news regarding problems we are currently experiencing.

If you experience a crash while trying to get to your tournament table please go to www.mintedpoker.com and use the flash client. This can be found under the Get Started tab > play now - Instant Poker

1 - Emails into support are taking on average 48 hours to be dealt with.

2 - Auto Reload feature - Work in progress

3 - Avatars not uploading correctly - resolved

4 - Poker points and Rake not updating - almost there

5 - All affiliate statistics - should now be working

6 - Live support is working occasionaly

7 - A number of client issues including ratholing, connectivity and timebank.

8 - Lobby not updating in real time - resolved 26th

Auto re-load feature :-

To use the Auto re-load feature at our cash tables simple go to the lobby and select the Auto Top-Up tab from the options menu. Once you have selected your options save your settings and your ready to go.

Choose a table and buy in to your desired amount. Once your funds at the table fall below your selected amount the software will automatically rebuy the amount required to fulfil your desire. 

Table Filters :-

In the lobby you will see a button and check box in the bottom left hand corner. Click on the button named 'Filter' and some table options will appear. Select your preferences and your set.

Upload your own Avatar :-

From the lobby select the options tab - this will open up an options box. Select the 'Avatars' tab and click Change Avatar. Upload your desired image for support to approve.

Euro Cash Tables :-

We have joined forces with a new network which allows our players to play on their tables. The old network was known as the UPN where all tables are in Euros. Their network rules state that all Euro tables will be raked at 5% up to a maximum of 5Euros. It is not our decision to have this rake however it is our decision to allow our player to choose if they wish to play them. As the games on the Euro tables are much softer you should find the higher rake charges diminish into insignificance once you see the rewards you can earn by playing them. You can choose to only play the USD tables where the rake charged is still max $3.
